The lecture hall is located on our ground floor. It has a projection screen, podium, small stage, piano, and access to an adjacent kitchenette with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. An LCD projector can be supplied upon request. Piano use costs $50. Room rental fee checks should be made out to the Waltham Public Library. Piano fee checks should be made out to the FWPL.

One large table that seats 12, plus one smaller table. Located on the library's second (top) floor. Room has an LCD projector and projection screen. Groups with annual budgets less than $10,000 and Waltham city departments may use the room for no charge. Groups with annual budgets over $10,000 may reserve rooms according to the fee schedule outlined in our terms and conditions.
Study Room 1, Waltham Public Library

Study Rooms are available for Waltham Public Library patrons to use up to 2 hours a day. Upon making a reservation, patrons should present their library card to the staff member at the Reference/Circulation Desk on the first floor to obtain the key.
- Advanced reservations will be honored up to 10 minutes past the reservation time.
- Four people are allowed in the room at one time.
- Patrons can use the rooms for up to 2 hours a day. One group counts as one user.
- Study room users should return the key to the Reference/Circulation Desk upon completion of using the room.
- Patrons should expect to be in the room for two hours. Patrons may stay in the room past the reservation time until the room is needed by another patron, but may be asked to leave at any time after the reservation expires, due to walk-in reservations.
- Patrons are asked to adhere to all General Behavior Policies, including not leaving personal belongings unattended in the room. Library staff reserve the right to remove patron's personal belongings upon the completion of the study room reservation.
