NOT A LIBRARY SPONSORED PROGRAM. Horizons is a tuition-free enrichment program for families who live in areas where inequities in education and opportunities for enrichment exist. Horizons @ LMS is an affiliate of Horizons National. This event is an opportunity for Horizons families to complete registration paperwork for their children in person. There is an online platform for registration, and I have found that many families prefer to register in person.
